Janet, I would like to give my support in recommending John Salvis for the Employee Recognition Program under the category of Customer Service.

He has always been extremely helpful and patient with us (Southwest Region) regarding the development and implementation of the Community Economic Profile Database, always sorting out our problems in a very explicit way. We also attended a course he gave on the CEP database which was very useful to us. He has produced a very "customer friendly" database which we enjoy using.

I also had his assistance when Southwest Region commenced using the demo version of the Acquisition Tracking System for preparing Travel Expenses and found him very helpful with my many questions.
