John possesses all the right qualities for this kind of recognition. The remarkable things with John are his availability, his reliability, his knowledge and his ability to share the information necessary to get the job done.

In different occasions I had to communicate with John requiring information on how to do or how to process some data in the new Community Economic Program Database and it is so great to be able to count on somebody to help you out when you need it and John was always there for me. It allowed me to be efficient at my job and made my work so much more enjoyable.

John is the someone we can thank for his wonderful team work and leadership for the accomplishment of that great tool that we call the "Community Economic Profiles Database" which became such a huge success with Cabinet office and both Ministries, Economic Development and Trade and Tourism.

John was the perfect candidate for the task and recognizing him with the "Customer Service" Award is in my opinion the perfect idea.
